Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your Rock 30 Games purchase, you may return merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in resale condition.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log In: Go to your user account, select the item, and click 'Request Return.' Select your reason and leave a note.
  2. Pack Your Item: If provided a pre-paid label, affix it to your package. If not, ship via a trackable method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Insured). Rock 30 Games is not responsible for lost packages.

Damaged or Discrepancy Claims

If your order arrived damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Defective/Error: If the return is due to our error or a defect, Rock 30 Games covers return shipping and replacement shipping.
  • Standard Return: For standard returns (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the item price, excluding original shipping charges.
  • In-Store Returns: Items purchased online can be returned in-store for no shipping fee.
  • Promotions: Refunded values will be adjusted to reflect any free gifts or discounts applied to the original order.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow extra time during December and January.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Brand New Consoles: Contact us, but most need to be returned to the manufacturer.
  • Gift Certificates and Subscription Cards: Non-refundable.
