In-Store Returns

A receipt is required for all returns. Unopened New items and used items can be exchanged within one week of purchase for in-store credit only. A 20% restocking fee is charged on refunds for unopened New or non-defective used items. For all New defective consoles, the manufacturer’s warranty will need to be utilized. For all other defective items we will offer you a replacement, and if no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. Defective New non-console items must be returned in original packaging with all components. Refunds will be issued in the way the item was purchased on the original receipt (cash will be refunded as cash, store credit as store credit, and credit card back on the same card) All PC items are sold as is. When applicable, a Rock 30 Games associate will test to determine or verify any functionality problems.

Sales Tax

Rock 30 Games only charges sales tax in the state of North Dakota (rates will vary dependent upon your city in ND).
