Payment Policy:
Rock 30 Games accepts all major credit cards and PayPal as our approved methods of payment online.
Return Policy:
If an item purchased is defective, customers must contact us within 7 business days of delivery for all non-console items. For consoles, customers must contact us within 30 business days of delivery or we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund. All returned packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the end of the warranty period.
Shipping Policy:
Rock 30 Games primarily ships via UPS and the United States Postal Service. We also support various other carriers and we will use our discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the efficient delivery of your order.
We typically ship within 7-10 days of successful payment. All customers will receive a confirmation message at the email address given during checkout on the date that their order was processed.
Online Items Disclaimer:
The database you see here on our website is the complete inventory we have. Because we sell many used items, we sometimes do not have all of the original packaging. While we make every effort to send the most complete items we can, some items such as games and movies may not include the original case and/or instructions. In-Store Policy
Return Policy:
If an item purchased is defective, customers have 7 business days for all non-console items, and 30 business days for consoles from the purchase date to return the merchandise. Rock 30 will repair the item or give customers a replacement if the item cannot be repaired. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. When applicable, a Rock 30 Games associate will test to determine or verify any functionality problems. A 20% restocking fee will apply for customers that wish to return an item that is functioning properly
Unopened “New” items and all "Used" items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for in-store credit only. If customers want a refund for an unopened “New” item, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Opened “New” items can only be retuned if the item is not working properly.
All refunds, regardless of functionality, will be refunded in the way it was purchased on the original receipt (cash or check purchases will be refunded as cash, store credit purchases as store credit, and credit card payments back on the same card).
All PC and Bargain Bin items are sold AS-IS and no returns will be accepted.
